Termination & Refund Policy

 

Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees and expenses shall be paid by the Client.

 Refunds: Before the project begins – within 30 calendar days after purchase, a refund of 100% of the purchase price will be issued, with any applicable processing fees deducted. Once the project has commenced, no refunds will be issued. A project is considered commenced upon receipt of the Author’s materials, including the signed InkTrail Press LLC general agreement form, or when work on the service, whichever comes first.
