At Inktrail Press LLC, we value our customers and strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving your product. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We ask that you keep all original labels and tags intact.

To initiate a refund, please reach out to us at info@inktrailpress.com. When you contact us, please include your order number and a detailed reason for your refund request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Certain items may be deemed non-refundable, including list any specific items or conditions, such as digital products or customized items. We reserve the right to inspect the returned items before issuing a refund to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. Additionally, any shipping costs incurred during the purchase will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
